Vegan in Vancouver: Ukrainian Cabbage Rolls from Indigo Age Café

Hey everyone! How is your week going?

I know, I know. How many posts am I going to do about Indigo Age Café? The answer is simple: as long as I find a dish that I like from there, there will be a post.

I actually tried to order these cabbage rolls the last time I came here, but unfortunately, they were sold out *gasp*. This time when I went, they were serving it and so I obviously ordered it. I am sure that you can tell, but I really like this restaurant.

Whenever people recommend restaurants, I would go and try them out only to find out that whatever I get, it’s not as great as they hyped it up to be. Well, lets set the record straight to say that this will not be the outcome when coming here. The hype over restaurants and disgusting recipes is literally the reason that I created this blog. I have having to throw out food because the recipe didn’t turn out. I’m sure I can’t be the only one.

Anyways, I know this may be a bit far-fetched, but these kind of reminded me of enchiladas. I know that these are two very different dishes, but it is what it is. I really liked these cabbage rolls.

Long story short, if I haven’t yet convinced you before to come here, then I hope I have now. These posts are not sponsored. This is my honest opinion and I am obsessed with them.
